SS Baby Care Network is preparing a responsible approach to collecting and verifying network enquiries.
Privacy and registration enquiries
The Join form collects the name, role, general location, email, optional organisation and message you choose to provide. The form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service, and forwarded to connect@care.ss.baby. We use enquiries to respond to prospective network participants. Submitting does not create an account or confirm membership. Do not include patient information or sensitive health data. Review the form provider’s privacy practices before submitting.
Location searches open an external map provider, which may process searches under its own privacy terms. This site does not request precise browser location.
Do not submit sensitive medical information, patient records, identification documents or professional credentials through the registration form. Additional safeguards and a fuller privacy policy will be needed before collecting verification documents or sensitive information.
